I've been back from a pirif...Boy, can I relate. I've been back from a piriformis syndrome injury for a bit and doing great. But I've been hesitating to actually say that I was training for my first marathon. Why? Just nervousness and worry about getting re-injured. Could it happen? Yeah. Will it? Who knows? So I pulled the trigger today. It was liberating! I'm thinking about signing up for the Freihofer's even though I have the half two weeks before. It doesn't feel right not doing it when it's our 5 year anniversary! Maybe we could try to get most of the orginal group back together and all run together, like finish together?
