That's really strange that yoga is the culprit, my understanding and experience has always been that yoga can correct so many things with alignment that it actually heals and soothes things.<br /><br />Are you practicing at a studio with a teacher to help correct your alignment? If you decide to come back to it, perhaps you could look into some yoga toe socks. Those might help keep your toes aligned and spaced properly?<br /><br />It's always good to get one of those powerful, head-clearing runs.
