New PR!

I beat my A goal and ran a new, all-time PR (take that aging!).

Freihofer's Run for Women 5K
Official time: 22:51

Needless to say, I'm excited.

    That's amazing! I nearly doubled your time on the Freihofer's - but I guess that's not a good thing. On the other hand, my running stats can only get better (hard to get worse!)
