1. That 3 x 1mile at 5K pace is a killer workout for me but that's just what I ran last night. After the kids went to bed. Which meant I was already pretty tired. But I did it! And my legs feel tired yet OK today.

3. One of the moms from Conal's preschool class sent some photos from his recent Pajama Day party. Yes, they do those things in preschool. Conal was pretty excited -- he got to wear his Thomas the Tank Engine jammies, which he loves. But, from the look of things, he didn't carry that excitement with him to school:

And, yes. I know. Those fireman boots totally don't go with the Thomas jammies. But whaddya gonna do?

My son has those same boots and he wears them with everything too.

That would be a tough workout, but good preparation. Yesterday I ran 4 x 1 mile at 10K pace and that was tough for me.
Maybe wearing pj's to school makes them sleepy. Looks like the little boy behind your son is yawning.
My 5 yr old wore PJ's today. She was so super excited.
I wish I could wear my pajamas all day.
