Thanks to everyone who has wished my sister well after she was injured last week. Her shoulder has been immobilized and will stay that way for 2-3 weeks. She's going to a shoulder specialist at the end of this week to have things checked out again. Apparently, her shoulder was dislocated, which strained her ligaments. So, she's out for the rest of her volleyball season, can't drive, can't work and couldn't take her SATs this past Saturday.
But, she's feeling OK so that is good!
What else? Do you want a glimpse of the destruction a seemingly sweet and innocent toddler can cause? Pop over here. That's all I've got. This destruction thing takes a lot out of me.

It's a shame Conal wasn't awake for the discovery of the remote. Of the three of you I'm guessing he's the only one who would have been absolutely delighted at the turn of events. Good luck with the dependent play. ;)

Oh my god, that is hilarious! Not your sister's injury, I'm referring to the blog post on the toddler tip. I can't believe you guys melted a remote control! Awesome! Toddlers are so creative, and it's true what they say - no sound means bad bad bad. As much as I hate loud, when my boys are making tonnes of noise I am not worried; when it goes silent I get things like your melted remote... I was about to start a fire in my fireplace, but now will have a good look inside. Thanks for the laugh!
