Tag-o-rama.

I've been tagged. Am I now "It?" I guess so.

Yes, *aron*, in all her warm-weather running glory, tagged me so I'm tagging a few lovely running bloggers:

  1. Kara
  2. Jessica
  3. J
  4. Betsy
  5. American Girl
  6. Sarah
  7. Merathon
  8. Jeanne
  9. Robin
  10. Roisin
(Sorry if you've already been tagged! Just consider yourself well loved!)

Now you all can tag 10 people and write 6 random facts about yourself! Here are my 6:
  1. I played softball -- Classie Lassies -- in 7th grade. During that season of great athletic embarrassment, I had my front tooth knocked out by a fly ball. Fly softball, mind you.
  2. My parents were going to name me Pilar until my dad said that kids would call me "PeePee" because my initials would be P.P. They decided on Felice and, in elementary school, the kids called me "Fleas." Yeah, that was so much better than being called "PeePee."
  3. I didn't learn to drive a car until I was 30 and I moved back upstate from NYC. My husband taught me. Those days will never make the highlight reel of my life.
  4. If I didn't fear that my teeth would fall out I would eat jellybeans all day long.
  5. I acted in "Bye, Bye, Birdie" in both high school and college.
  6. Twice, I quit a job without having another one lined up. Twice, it was the best thing for my sanity. Twice, it worked out very well for me.
That's it. Those are my random randoms.

YA! Thanks for the tag! HAHA! And - I am with you on the jelly bean thing... except, mine would be Peeps. I could survive on marshmallows alone!

Awesome factoids. And I think Fleas is a GREAT nickname.

Did you have the same role in Bye Bye Birdie both times?

Betsy -- No, I didn't. I think I was Girl #4, or something like that, in HS and Ursula in college. Ah, memories...

Oy, I got my license at 16 and I'm STILL learning how to drive HAHAA. I still don't know how to parallel park either :-X Did it once for my road test and NEVER again.

Dah! I've been tagged! Alright...am thinking of things to post...

Marcy -- re: parallel parking -- total horror when I tried it for my first driver's test. Ran right over the curb and failed the test! I'm a terrible parallel parker!

I didn't know you learned how to drive when you turned 30!!! How did I not know that. That is pretty amazing.

Good stuff! Thanks for sharing!

Ack, how many marriages could weather one spouse teaching the other to drive? Most of us can't manage to keep our mouths shut despite perfectly proficient partners behind the wheel!

Awesome #6 point! I have done the quit job thing on the spur of the moment on three occasions, and all three times it lead to much better things and happiness. I will always maintain that the best part of any job is the quitting! Nice "work" - hahaha!

Fleas! Love it! :) And Classie Lassies, I don't think there is a better name out there for a softball team, did you have cool banners with all the team members name on them like we did! Ha ha love your randoms!
