1 mile jog to warm up
6 x 400 repeats in 1:45 (7 min/mile pace) w/400 jog/walk recovery
1 mile cool down
100 squats
15 push ups
75 squats
15 push ups
50 squats
15 push ups
25 squats
15 push ups
Done.
Really. Done.
Remember these ham-hocks?
