My cat died today. If you have any interest, I wrote about the ups and downs (he had chronic renal failure) on my other blog. So, I won't rehash it here.
Ugh. It has me all down in the dumps.
I've decided to repeat Week 3 of the push up challenge, in an effort to go easy on myself this week. My runs will be what they will be. Maybe long, maybe short. Maybe fast, maybe slow. I'll just have to see how I feel.
Damn. I feel sad about my little Mo!

My heart goes out to you.
I know how you feel...in the dog sense but it's all the same.

Sorry to hear about your cat.
Thanks and thanks. I appreciate it!
People who say they're only pets have no idea how empty your life feels when they go. I am sad for you.
Empty is exactly it! Empty and replaced with a giant lump that seems to have permanently lodged itself in my throat.
Thanks, Alison.
I'm so so sorry to hear about Mo. I just got a puppy this past weekend and I already can't think of what it was like with her not being here.
I can't pretend to know how you feel but I hope things get better soon.
Sorry....go for a run you will feel better, at least I do. :)
ncrunner12: Thanks. I'm feeling better today. Still sad, but better. How fun to have a new puppy! You get attached quickly, that's for sure.
Mark: Thanks -- I plan to go for a run this afternoon. I went for a long walk yesterday and that was helpful but the run will be even better!
Oh, I'm sooo sorry to hear the very sad news about your cat, how sad,
Lily (my cat) is who my blog is named for....
Please know that you have my deepest sympathy.
